Site Supervisor

Duties:

  • Responsible for smooth running of client site operations
  • Address and monitor employee productivity, absenteeism, leave, timekeeping, employee incidents, etc.
  • Conduct regular employee and client management meetings
  • Compiling of reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Capturing and submission of timesheets
  • Involved in disciplinary matters
  • Ensures a constant supply of employees for site
  • Assist in the recruitment of employees
  • Conduct site meetings with client and employees
  • Induct and train employees
  • Maintain employee files and documentation
  • General administration duties

 

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Tertiary Qualification (Preferred)
  • 3 years + experience in a  similar role
  • Drivers License
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
