Training And Learnerships
Mala Chetty has vast experience within the training sector, both in Higher Education and Further Education. Her facilitation experience ranges from working with young children and teens, students and adult learners, people with disabilities, academics, educators, business owners, management and staff. Mala has over 12 year’s experience in developing curricula, material and tools within the training and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) field. Mala has the skills to provide advice on the accreditation routes within the SETAs.
Mala has assisted companies in discretionary grant submissions as well as recruiting candidates for training interventions such as Learnerships, internships and apprenticeships.
In addition, she is a skills development facilitator and has assisted many organisations with the compilation and implementation of workplace skills plans. Her depth of knowledge has assisted various organisations in setting up effective employment equity strategies that show real transformation and diversity in the workplace.
Her qualifications as an assessor and moderator further extends her expertise in the training and development field. Her current fields of studies include Human resources and Project Management.
