Dino started Scribante Labour Consultants (Pty) Ltd 19 years ago after spending 5 years within the family construction business. He has a passion for people and the gratification received through providing jobs in such a high unemployment sector is very satisfying.

He started the business with one client and six contractors and has built it up to multiple clients and is over the 3000 mark of current contractors. His business philosophy is that any business is only as good as the people that work in it. He has therefore focused on being surrounded by the best, leading and training the best
individuals and support functions, and growing through hard work, commitment and shared values.

Human Resources & Finance Operations

Dave is one of the founding members of Scribante Labour Consultants, he has achieved a CAIB qualification, Credit Diploma, HR Diploma and Specialist Project Management Diploma. He brings his extensive Banking, Asset Management, Financial Management, Human Resources and General Management skills to the company.

Dave believes in strong fiscal management and takes pride in managing the finances, operations and human resources of the business in accordance with excellent standards.

This motivated business man is known for his excellent Arbitration skills. He is proud of the business that they have built, the tenure they have with the Contractors and the Clients.

Finance Department

Lorraine started with Scribante Labour Consultants 13 years ago. She started in a family business as a Creditors clerk and having studied Accounting and Finance and being passionate about figures, was mentored and promoted to Senior Bookkeeper where she worked for 10 years.

She brings to Scribante Labour Consultants 40 years of Accounting experience and takes great pride in accurate, timeous financial information and figures. She works in
accordance with strict ethics of GAAP.

She is proud of the path she has travelled with Scribante Labour being part of their humble beginnings with a just a few clients, setting up their accounting and Pastel procedures to the large multifaceted Company of today.

She is grateful for the opportunities Scribante Labour has given her and cannot wait to see the journey continue.

HR – Human Resources

Currently serves the role as the HR Manager within Scribante Labour Consultants. He possesses a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in HR and Psychology, Project Management certification and Honours level coursework in Employment Law.

His areas of expertise lay within Human Resources, Specialised Recruitment, Labour Consulting, Industrial Relations, Workplace & Skills Analyses, Training & Development Marlon has over 12 years work experience within the HR sector.

Marlon is a highly motivated and goal orientated individual. He has a clear passion for people and maintains a belief of ensuring customer service standards are being met at
the highest levels. He is a team player with excellent communication skills.

In conjunction to this he adds value to companies by applying his keen affinity to best business practices, attention to detail and extensive management experience.

Paryroll Managment

Yvonne has been involved with payroll for the last 19 years.

Yvonne was employed as a SAGE VIP Payroll consultant for 4 years where she moved to a Senior Consultant role in a short space of time. Yvonne would be sent to clients of all different sizes to setup new systems, complete tax year end submissions and fixing system errors. She has a good knowledge of payroll legislation and believes in strong payroll management. Yvonne also has a certificate in Financial Management.

Yvonne started with  Scribante 6 years ago in the position Payroll Manager. Yvonne is a perfectionist with a mathematical calculating brain which
is ideal for payroll auditing. Yvonne has a passion for people and numbers which
makes her a perfect fit for payroll.

Yvonne’s belief is that every item processed has an effect on someone’s life so payroll cannot afford to make a mistake.

Training And Learnerships

Mala Chetty has vast experience within the training sector, both in Higher Education and Further Education. Her facilitation experience ranges from working with young children and teens, students and adult learners, people with disabilities, academics, educators, business owners, management and staff. Mala has over 12 year’s experience in developing curricula, material and tools within the training and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) field. Mala has the skills to provide advice on the accreditation routes within the SETAs.

Mala has assisted companies in discretionary grant submissions as well as recruiting candidates for training interventions such as Learnerships, internships and apprenticeships.

In addition, she is a skills development facilitator and has assisted many organisations with the compilation and implementation of workplace skills plans.  Her depth of knowledge has assisted various organisations in setting up effective employment equity strategies that show real transformation and diversity in the workplace.

Her qualifications as an assessor and moderator further extends her expertise in the training and development field. Her current fields of studies include Human resources and Project Management.
