HR Administrator/Manager – Shakaskraal
 
Our Client based in Shakas Kraal are looking for a HR Administrator/Manager to join their team.
 
Must come from the Petrochemical/Fuel Industy, with knowledge of MIBCO,
 
The duties and responsibilities will be as follows, but not limited to:
 
    • Processing of fortnightly  Wages.
    • Employment start-up Package
    • Termination Package
    • Manage Resignations and dismissals
    • Employment equity reports preparation
    • Increases calculations and implementation
    • Bonus calculation and implementation
    • Preparing and submission of incident reports
    • Arranging and scheduling Training  
    • Writing of Policies
    • Ensuring Limited duration Contracts and Permanent contracts is up to date.
    • Capturing leave on Payslips
    • Monthly capturing of MIBCO on the website and reconciling deductions
    • Handling of hearings and issuing of different types of warnings
    • Assisting Financial manager with BEE and POPI
    • Time and attendance
    • Source, interviews, recruit and engage of new employees
    • Prepare and maintain personnel files
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
    • Assisting with any other administrative tasks as and when they may arise.
 
Experience must be as follows:
 
    • Sage Pastel Payroll experience
    • Sound computer skills (MS Office Excell, Outlook)
    • At least 3 years experience  preferably in the fuel industry
    • Attention to detail (MUST HAVE)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Deadline driven and able to multitask effectively
    • High level of Confidentiality
 
Qualifications must be as follows:
 
    • Matric Certificate
    • HR Related qualifications
