We are searching for a driven, ambitious people with strong entrepreneurship and sales skills. The primary responsibility of the function is to support our esteemed clients in realizing their life goals by assessing their financial requirements, offering wise financial counsel, and suggesting and putting into action “fit for purpose” financial plans and solutions.

 

* Responsible for new business

* Expand sales of products and services with existing customers

* Work mainly on own leads but also supported by internal business leads

* Accurately record client information and sales details

* Comply with legislative regulations and adhere to all compliance requirements

* Fully Commissioned

* Commission Split (80/20) – 80% Financial Adviser & 20% Franchise

* No Overhead Costs

* Remote working 80%, Office 10%, Virtual 10%

* Training Allowance Provided

* Matric & NQF 5 Equivalent Qualification

* FAIS requirements based on DOFA date

* Relevant regulatory examination if you are already working in the financial services industry (RE5)

* 2 years’ experience in financial advisory services or sales experience in the financial services sector.

* Class of Business (COB) with relevant sub-categories (COB 3 Long-Term Insurance & COB 7 Investments)

* Continuous Professional Development (CPD – 18 points if available)

* Proven Track Record of Commission Earning (6 months commission statement or SARS IRP5)
